Hello, my name is Sofonie Dala, and I am the founder of Talentos Multiplus, the first and only digital startup in Angola led by a young woman focused on scientific research and achieving all 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through environmental awareness campaigns and non-formal educational training.

Since our founding in 2020, Talentos Multiplus has been dedicated to empowering vulnerable women and girls, including rural children, indigenous people and LGBT community, as well to drive accountability for the achievement of gender equality (SDG 5). We are currently building a community cooperative with a sustainable model that empowers women living below the poverty line by providing them with the tools and knowledge needed to transform their lives.

Talentos Multiplus consistently champions climate and environmental justice by prioritizing the development of practical solutions to some of society's most urgent environmental challenges.

Our digital platform hosts a variety of projects and scientific articles, with notable initiatives such as "Ladies Without Plastic" and the hybrid non-formal education academy "She Leads Angola." These projects have achieved remarkable success in Angola, promoting sustainability and inclusive education in innovative ways.

"Ladies Without Plastic" is a campaign aimed at reducing plastic use among women by promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly alternatives.

"She Leads Angola" is an academy that provides training and capacity-building for young women, preparing them to lead and innovate in their communities. On this platform, the Africa Educates Her campaign stands out, which aims to bring the most marginalized girls who have dropped out of school back into the education system. 

Africa Educates Her campaign was launched in 2020 to bring awareness around issues that hinder girls and women from accessing education and a rallying call for youth, educators, civil society organisation development partners and AU Member States to take positive actions that guarantees girls return to school during and after the COVID-19 Pandemic.

However, we are in need of financial resources and are actively seeking investors, donors, collaborators, and sponsors to support and expand our initiatives. Additionally, we aim to form strategic partnerships with the government and major institutions to amplify our impact and reach even more beneficiaries.

Talentos Multiplus is at the forefront of change, using technology and education to tackle today’s environmental and social challenges. We are excited to participate in any event, share our experiences, and learn from other innovative leaders in the technology and social fields.

Olá, meu nome é Sofonie Dala e sou a fundadora da Talentos Multiplus, a primeira e única startup digital de investigação científica em Angola liderada por uma mulher jovem. Nossa startup está totalmente comprometida em alcançar os 17 Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) através de campanhas de conscientização ambiental e treinamentos educacionais não formais.

Desde a nossa fundação em 2020, a Talentos Multiplus tem se focado no empoderamento de mulheres e meninas vulneráveis, incluindo crianças de áreas rurais. Atualmente, estamos construindo uma cooperativa comunitária com um modelo sustentável que visa empoderar mulheres que vivem abaixo da linha da pobreza, proporcionando-lhes as ferramentas e o conhecimento necessário para transformar suas vidas.

Nossa plataforma digital abriga uma série de projetos e artigos científicos, com destaque para iniciativas como "Mulher Sem Plástico" e a academia híbrida de educação não formal "She Leads Angola". Esses projetos têm alcançado sucesso notável em Angola, promovendo a sustentabilidade e a educação de forma inclusiva e inovadora.

"Mulher Sem Plástico" é uma campanha que visa reduzir o uso de plástico entre as mulheres, promovendo alternativas sustentáveis e ecologicamente corretas, com destaque o Penso Menstrual Reutilizável. Já a "She Leads Angola" é uma academia que oferece treinamento e capacitação para mulheres e raparigas fora da escola e não, preparando-as para liderar e inovar em suas comunidades, com destaque a campanha Africa Educates Her.

No entanto, estamos carentes de recursos financeiros e estamos ativamente à procura de investidores, doadores, colaboradores e patrocinadores para apoiar e expandir nossas iniciativas. Além disso, buscamos parcerias estratégicas com o Estado e grandes instituições para amplificar nosso impacto e alcançar um número ainda maior de beneficiários.

A Talentos Multiplus está na vanguarda da mudança, utilizando a tecnologia e a educação para enfrentar os desafios ambientais e sociais de hoje. Estamos ansiosos para participar de qualquer evento sustentável, compartilhar nossas experiências e aprender com outros líderes inovadores no campo da tecnologia.
