AI- based platform for voiceless individuals. We are Looking for Volunteers!

We are bulding an Al-based platform that provides lip-reading communication for voiceless individuals.

To make our dream a reality, we wil need the help of volunteers to provide ''video selfies'' reading sentences voiceless individuals say during meal time (e.g., I want to eat vegetable; Can you give me something to eat?; I want to drink milk; or in a supermarket: How much does 1kg of apples cost?

Or even in the hospital (e.g., I need pain medicine. Will you call my nurse?). It's supper easy, quick, and people can do it from anywhere!

Our initiatives are designed to give a voice to and serve the needs of the ordinary citizen. The main objective of this project is to make sure that the voice of the voiceless are being heard and to teach them to ask for what they want.

Other objectives:

- Working on speech and language skills during daily routines 

- Working on speech and language during meals, buying food;

-Improving the speech and language skills of voiceless people;

- Learning how to ask for different things.

What is a voiceless person?

Someone who can't speak, either literally or figuratively, is voiceless. If you suffer from laryngitis, you're temporarily voiceless, unable to use your voice to speak. Someone who's mute, for a physical or psychological reason, is often permanently voiceless.
